45-Day Risk-Free Trial
If this is your first purchase with Relief, we offer a one-time 45-day risk-free trial to ensure you’re happy with our innovative apparel:
- The trial applies to one qualifying product per order
- Return requests must be initiated within 45 calendar days of receiving the product
- Customers will cover the return shipping cost
Process:
- Email hi@relief-wear.com with your proof of purchase and suggestion, so we can improve our product and services
- An address will be emailed to you and you can return the product with trackable shipping at your cost
- Email us the tracking number and once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the product cost to your original payment method
European Union
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days as per EU regulations, for items in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging. Requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
Process:
- Email hi@relief-wear.com with your proof of purchase, with title "Return"
- For eligible return, an address will be emailed to you and you can return the product with trackable shipping at your cost
- Email us the tracking number
- Refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions
General Return Policy
For all other returns, our 30-day return policy applies:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items, gift cards, and certain accessories (e.g., wash-bags) are excluded.
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re here to help:
Steps:
- Contact us at hi@relief-wear.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description
- For approved claims, we will cover the cost of return shipping and either replace the item, repair it, or issue a full refund
Tracked Shipping Requirement
To ensure a smooth return process, all returns must use tracked shipping*.
*Relief will not bear responsibility for parcels lost during transit. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of their return
Additional Information
Exchanges: We're happy to exchange unopened, unworn, and unwashed Relief products for a different size or style. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and opened accessories are excluded from returns.
