Functional, beautiful and eco-positive, Relief is an innovative apparel brand normalising periods.
What Set Us Apart

Design-driven
We value beautiful design that doesn’t compromise function. Founded by an international lingerie designer, we work with engineers, garment technicians and our community to perfect the fit and functionality of our products.

No Nasties
We believe our bodies and our planet deserve to be looked after. All of our products undergo vigorous testing by third-party laboratories and are 100% free of PFAS and other hazardous chemicals.

Ethics in Action
Our brand is committed to upholding ethical standards. We admire brands like Everlane and Patagonia for being transparent about their manufacturers' information. We are inspired to do the same.
Our Sustainability Practise

Circular Design
Each pair of our products is ethically sourced and can replace 100-200 disposable sanitary items, lasting you a solid 2-3 years. We’re all about making choices that matter, and instead of following the trend of planned obsolescence, we’re here to offer you something that truly lasts.

Carbon Footprint
We're crunching data to calculate the carbon footprint of each of our products. It's a complex process, but we're committed to getting it right. By mid-2025, we'll be ready to share these details with you. We believe in transparency, and we want you to know exactly what impact your purchase has on our planet.

Take Back Program
For every 5 pieces of Relief pants you recycle, we’ll gift you a brand new pair as a thank you for your commitment to sustainability. It’s our way of encouraging a circular economy and reducing waste while ensuring you stay comfortable and confident during your cycle.

Our Packaging Could Use A Little Love
Let's be honest - most of our current packagings looks a bit basic, because we used corn starch materials to ensure they are lighter to transport and fully compostable when it’s time to say goodbye.
If you’ve got suggestions or creative thoughts on how we can improve, we’d love to hear from you!
For a Fairer, Greener, and more Caring Future
Guided by the UN’s SDGs

Gender Equality
We aspire to build partnerships with women’s rights organizations to create positive change. By talking about periods openly, we help break stigmas that hold women back—ensuring women’s voices, health, and confidence thrive.

Responsible Communities
Through community engagement, we offer workshops that empower people with sustainable period solutions. By sharing knowledge and tools, we’re helping build inclusive, vibrant neighborhoods that benefit everyone’s well-being—while protecting the planet for generations to come.
