Machine wash in a laundry bag, hang dry or tumble dry. For the seamless styles, always hang dry to avoid overheating and delamination.

With proper care, your Relief underwear can last 2-3 years, as long as the absorbency is still effective and the underwear keeps its shape.

The gussets of our leak-proof underwear are ultra-absorbent, moisture-wicking, and designed to control odor, keeping you fresh and dry all day long.

Our gussets feature anti-odor technology to keep you fresh for up to 12 hours. We use Swiss HeiQ Fresh FFL technology, a bio-based solution for lasting odor control.

It varies by style. Our products range from 10ml (equivalent to one tampon) to 45ml (four tampons) of absorption.

Absolutely! The antimicrobial gusset is safe for all-day wear. For the best experience, we recommend changing at least once every 12 hours.

In general, if you’re a tampon or menstrual cup user, start with 2-3 light absorbents as a back-up and for lighter days. If menstrual underwear is the only thing you use, you’ll need 4-7 pcs in total to cover the whole cycle, depending on your flow.

We're happy to exchange unopened, unworn, and unwashed Relief products for a different size or style. While we can't offer refunds on underwear, we do have a solution if you've ordered multiple pairs. Just open, wash, and wear one pair, and let us know how it goes!
