Rinse or soak before washing to avoid staining on other clothes. (Regular soap is not recommended as it might destroy the wicking function of the gusset.)

In general, if you’re a tampon or menstrual cup user, start by getting 2-3 light absorbents as a back-up and for lighter days. If menstrual underwear is the only thing you use, you’ll need 5-7 pcs in total to cover the whole cycle, depending on your flow.
