Dry
Hang them up to air dry or use a low-heat tumble for most styles. (Important: Seamless styles must be air-dried only to keep them in perfect shape!)
Your questions, answered
Leak-proof underwear are basically regular underwear with an innovative built-in gusset to absorb your flow of the cycle while keeping you fresh and dry. They are reusable and machine washable, and feel just like regular underwear.
In general, if you’re a tampon or menstrual cup user, start by getting 2-3 light absorbents as a back-up and for lighter days. If menstrual underwear is the only thing you use, you’ll need 4-7 pcs in total to cover the whole cycle, depending on your flow.
With proper care, your Relief underwear can last 2-3 years, as long as the absorbency is still effective and the underwear keeps its shape.
