Leak-proof underwear are basically regular underwear with an innovative built-in gusset to absorb your flow of the cycle while keeping you fresh and dry. They are reusable and machine washable, and feel just like regular underwear.
In general, if youโre a tampon or menstrual cup user, start by getting 2-3 light absorbents as a back-up and for lighter days. If menstrual underwear is the only thing you use, youโll need 4-7 pcs in total to cover the whole cycle, depending on your flow.
With proper care, your Relief underwear can last 2-3 years, as long as the absorbency is still effective and the underwear keeps its shape.

Theyโre lightweight, super cute, and so easy to use. They donโt feel like diapers AT ALL. I wear them with my disc and donโt have to worry about leaks. They fit perfectly and make me feel so comfortable and confident. Honestly, 10/10. I would defiantly recommend :)
