“I've had period underwear for years, but Relief is the ONLY brand that actually looks sexy AND doesn't feel like period underwear at all. I'm obsessed — everyone needs a pair!”

“Relief has completely won me over. The gusset keeps me feeling secure and protected even on my heaviest days. It's become an essential part of my period routine, and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants sustainability and reliability in one.”
Melina Mauro
Registered Dietitian
"With PCOS (now called PMOS), when my cycle will start is always a mystery. Between irregular cycles and heavy discharge in my luteal phase, I pretty much wear period underwear all month. Relief is one of the best I've tried — so many styles and absorbency levels that it's easy to find one that suits me. If you think period underwear is bulky or unsexy, you just haven't tried Relief yet."
Leakproof TLC
(Tender Laundry Care)
Pre-wash
Give them a quick rinse or soak in cold water to keep stains from setting. (Psst! Regular soap isn’t their BFF—it can mess with the gusset’s wicking magic.)
Dry
Hang them up to air dry or use a low-heat tumble for most styles. (Important: Seamless styles must be air-dried only to keep them in perfect shape!)
Your Questions Answered
Leak-proof underwear are basically regular underwear with an innovative built-in gusset to absorb your flow of the cycle while keeping you fresh and dry. They are reusable and machine washable, and feel just like regular underwear.
In general, if you’re a tampon or menstrual cup user, start by getting 2-3 light absorbents as a back-up and for lighter days. If menstrual underwear is the only thing you use, you’ll need 4-7 pcs in total to cover the whole cycle, depending on your flow.
With proper care, your Relief underwear can last 2-3 years, as long as the absorbency is still effective and the underwear keeps its shape.

Love my relief undies, I wear with a cup and never do I worry about leaking! Great quality and breathable and doesn’t feel like a diaper as many others do feel. Also got one in black because they’re so comfy!

So light, breathable and nothing digs or cuts in my thigh! I don't feel I am wearing anything!
I use this and a cup. And they made my period so much easier. HIGHLY recommend this brand to anyone who is fed up with bulky styles on the market.
